Todd Schroeder has been appointed President and CEO of VitalDyne Medical Inc., a contract manufacturer specializing in the development, manufacture and assembly of medical components and devices.
Mr. Schroeder joins VitalDyne Medical bringing three decades of leadership with strong financial and operational experience in manufacturing, engineering, service and software industries. Most recently, Mr. Schroeder was President and CEO of Aeration Industries International, an international wastewater treatment company and a portfolio company of Granite Equity Partners. Mr. Schroeder began with Aeration Industries in 2012 as CFO successfully managing the company’s transition from a family owned business to a bank and investor financed company. During his tenure as CEO, the company experienced growth and profitability twice that of the industry average.
With degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, Mr. Schroeder began his career serving in high level financial positions and then transitioned into leadership roles within engineering, service and manufacturing companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Schroeder has advanced a strategic vision for the companies he served while establishing an infrastructure capable of delivering on promises. This included customer and market knowledge to cultivate the development of new products and services.
